    T-shirt design needs to move forward 
  • Steve
    Fire safety discussion with AHJ for TIMPA launch site. This is particularly important now that we're seeing burn restrictions in place with some AHJs.
  • Matt
    We need to discuss concrete plans for moving our incorporation forward; you've done good groundwork, but what do we need to move forward?
  • Ken
    Ken has a few hundred dollars in receipts for PA and sign repainting expenses to submit. these were all previously approved.
  • Davin
    We did solid work cleaning and base coating the pad sign blocks last month, but the extreme heat chased us away before we stenciled the pad designations.  That can happen before the July launch much the same as we did in June.  Ken and I have the supplies and we'll get started at 5:30 at the launch site. Same crew or new crew are welcome.

• New business
• • Discuss plans for July 10 member meeting
  • • Incentives needed; almost no interest from membership so far
    • We've worked up the agenda, but we need to schedule the talk time and make sure speakers are prepared.
  • Start discussions about a prospective Desert Heat in spring of 2022.
  • Possible discussions with City of Tucson regarding use of "North 40" for recovery, and potentially West of Reservation Rd.
