SARA has identified the following terms and conditions for conducting safe model rocket launches. The Range Safety Officer has the absolute authority on all matters of range safety, including, but not limited to, approval of rockets for flight, access to launch range, and conduct at the launch event. I will abide by the RSO's rulings without complaint.
I agree to hold harmless from all claims Southern Arizona Rocketry Association, its board members, the National Association of Rocketry, Tripoli Rocketry Association, TIMPA, and the City of Tucson.
After months of canceled launches during the COVID-19 pandemic, SARA is able to conduct this launch only because we have identified the following special provisions to help protect the health and safety of our attendees. Many of these precautions are mandated by the authorities having jurisdiction: the City of Tucson, Pima County, and/or the State of Arizona. If you don't agree with these terms, do not register, and do not attend the launch.
