Eric, I'll cover safety check-in and Rent-a-Roc for all flying. By the way, I though the daytime hours were 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday. I'll also RSO and check-in the night launch (I do not consider RSO and safety check-in to be the same functions).
